For the last 16 years he was an intricate part of running Philadelphia Suburban Credit Bureau a respected search company that specialized in the bulk loan sale process. As a respected member of the searching community Patrick has a reputation for stream lining the search process to cater to his individual client’s needs.  He is versed in all aspects of financial reporting from the municipal to the federal levels. Patrick founded Public Record Experts, LLC to offer his clients a cheaper more reliable platform to service all of their public record needs from back ground checks to full title reports.
